These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of superforest.com (the “Site”), operated by Superforest Interactive Inc (“Superforest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).


By accessing the Site or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.




1. Eligibility



You must be 18 years or older to make purchases on this Site.


Children may redeem digital codes only within the Roblox platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this Site.




2. Digital Products



Superforest sells digital products that unlock virtual items or experiences inside the Superforest Roblox game.


  • All products are digital and delivered electronically.

  • Delivery occurs immediately after purchase via on-screen confirmation or email.

  • Digital items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.





3. Purchases and Payments



All payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.


By making a purchase, you:


  • Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method

  • Agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes

  • Acknowledge that Superforest does not store payment card information





4. No Refunds



All digital purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.


If you experience a technical issue with code delivery due to our error, contact hello@superforest.com and we will provide assistance or a replacement where appropriate.




5. Use of the Site



You agree not to:


  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security

  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content without permission



We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.




6. Roblox Platform



Superforest is not owned or operated by Roblox Corporation.


Redemption and use of digital items occur within Roblox and are subject to Roblox’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Roblox platform outages, moderation decisions, or account actions.

7. Intellectual Property



All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is owned by or licensed to Superforest Interactive Inc and is protected by intellectual property laws.


You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.




8. Disclaimers



The Site and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.”


We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.




9. Limitation of Liability



To the maximum extent permitted by law:


  • Superforest’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the digital product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or access.





10. International Users



Superforest Interactive Inc is based in the United States. Users accessing the Site from outside the U.S. do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.




11. Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
