Superforest Interactive Inc (“Superforest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) sells digital products through superforest.com. Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final except as described below.




1. No Refunds on Digital Products



All purchases of digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.


Digital products include, but are not limited to:


  • Guardian Packs

  • Digital codes

  • Virtual items redeemable inside Roblox





2. When We Will Help



We will provide support or a replacement in the following cases:


  • A digital code was not delivered due to our error

  • A digital code is invalid or defective at the time of delivery

  • You were charged incorrectly



To request assistance, contact hello@superforest.com within 14 days of purchase and include your order confirmation.




3. Roblox Platform Issues



Redemption and use of digital products occur inside the Roblox platform.


We are not responsible for:


  • Roblox platform outages

  • Account restrictions or bans

  • In-game changes or removals made by Roblox



If Roblox experiences an outage, we cannot issue refunds, but we will assist with troubleshooting where appropriate.




4. Chargebacks and Disputes



If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to digital products.




5. Legal Rights



Some jurisdictions provide consumers with mandatory refund rights. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
